Leipzig residents stay overnight in Leipzig
As a resident of Leipzig, you’ll receive a 50% discount on the room rate and get to stay somewhere different for a change.
What matters is the place of residence of the person staying at the hotel, not the place of residence of the person making the reservation.
Resting place
In the middle of Leipzig and yet somewhat hidden. Noise and hustle and bustle of city life remain in front of the gate once you have entered the inner courtyard. Here you find the entrance to the 17 double rooms and 3 apartments of the hotel.
The reception and the historic lounge, where breakfast is served, are located on the second floor. The rooms are distributed on three floors around the courtyard. Whether you want to stay one night, 2 weeks or 3 months, we are looking forward to welcome you.

The Fregehaus is a historic, listed merchant’s house built around 1535 in the heart of Leipzig. Unlike modern design hotels, it combines historic architectural features—stucco ceilings, old wooden floors, and a 16th-century courtyard garden—with contemporary amenities. The 20 individually furnished rooms and apartments were personally designed by architect and host Sabine Fuchshuber; many of the details were sourced from flea markets and antique shops.
